2 oz blanco tequila
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
toasted coconut flakes (for rim)
lime wedge (garnish)

2 oz blanco tequila
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
toasted coconut flakes (for rim)
lime wedge (garnish)
ice
Rim a rocks glass with lime juice then dip into toasted coconut flakes. Combine tequila, coconut cream, lime juice and Cointreau in a shaker with ice. Shake well until cold. Fill glass with ice and strain cocktail in. Garnish with a lime wedge.
