3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 rinse of absinthe

The legendary hangover cure from the Savoy Cocktail Book. Equal parts gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc and lemon with an absinthe rinse.
3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 rinse of absinthe
orange twist (garnish)
ice
Rinse a chilled coupe with absinthe, discarding excess. Combine gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake until very cold. Double-strain into the absinthe-rinsed coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
