2 oz gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz raspberry syrup
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
3 fresh mint leaves (garnish)

A variation of the Clover Club with a mint leaf garnish (making it leaf-shaped). Pink, frothy and beautifully old-fashioned.
2 oz gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz raspberry syrup
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
3 fresh mint leaves (garnish)
ice
Combine gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, simple syrup and egg white in a shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 15 more seconds. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. Float 3 fresh mint leaves on top of the foam as garnish.
