1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water
lime wheel (garnish)
toasted coconut (rim)

1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water
lime wheel (garnish)
toasted coconut (rim)

Rim a glass with lime juice and dip in toasted coconut. Fill with ice. Combine coconut cream, lime juice and simple syrup and stir in a shaker. Pour over ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wheel.
