A bold, non-alcoholic mule-style mocktail with spicy ginger beer, fresh lime and a couple dashes of aromatic bitters.
6 oz ginger beer
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters (trace alcohol - omit if strictly N/A)

Fill a copper mug or highball glass with crushed ice. Add lime juice and bitters. Top with ginger beer and stir briefly. Garnish with a lime wedge and slice of fresh ginger.
