1/2 oz Honey-Currant Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Egg White
2 oz Rhubarb bitters

2 oz Rhubarb bitters
Combine all ingredients. Shake or stir with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish as desired.
