3 slices thin Peeled fresh ginger
3/4 oz Demerara Syrup
1 1/2 oz Fresh apple cider
1 1/2 oz Light Rum

3/4 oz Demerara Syrup
1 1/2 oz Fresh apple cider
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
Combine all ingredients. Shake or stir with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish as desired.
