2 oz Blanco tequila
1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Dark creme de cacao
3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
1 oz Grapefruit twist

Combine all ingredients. Shake or stir with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish as desired.
