6 Fresh mint leaves
1 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz Dark rum
2 oz Angostura Bitters
2 oz Champagne, chopped fresh mint

1 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz Dark rum
2 oz Angostura Bitters
2 oz Champagne, chopped fresh mint
Combine all ingredients. Shake or stir with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish as desired.
