2 oz dark rum
1 oz fresh orange juice
1 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz cannabis-infused simple syrup (5mg THC)
1 dash grenadine
Fresh nutmeg and orange slice for garnish

1 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz cannabis-infused simple syrup (5mg THC)
1 dash grenadine
Fresh nutmeg and orange slice for garnish
Combine dark rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, and infused simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 12 seconds. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Slowly pour grenadine over the top so it sinks. Grate fresh nutmeg on the surface and garnish with an orange slice.
