Combine gin, lemon juice, and infused simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake briefly for 8 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda. Stir once gently with a bar spoon. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a skewered maraschino cherry.
