3 slices fresh cucumber
1/4 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash celery bitters
1 cucumber ribbon

Muddle cucumber with syrup. Add bourbon and bitters then stir with ice 30 seconds. Double-strain over large cube. Garnish with cucumber ribbon.
