2 oz Japanese whisky or vodka
3/4 oz yuzu juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white
1 yuzu peel

Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double-strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with yuzu peel.
