1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/4 tsp fresh wasabi paste
1 pickled ginger garnish
A novelty crowd-stopper — the heat of wasabi cuts through vodka in this fiery Japanese martini.

1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/4 tsp fresh wasabi paste
1 pickled ginger garnish
Combine vodka, vermouth and wasabi in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently 20 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with pickled ginger on a pick.
