4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz fresh orange juice
freshly grated nutmeg
1 pineapple chunk
1 cherry

Shake all ingredients with ice until very cold. Strain over crushed ice in a tiki mug. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top. Garnish with pineapple and cherry.
