Donn Beach's legendary Zombie — three rums, falernum, absinthe and citrus. Limit 2 per customer.
1.5 oz aged rum
1 oz Jamaican rum
1 oz 151 proof rum
1/2 oz falernum
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 oz grenadine
1 tsp absinthe
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 mint sprig
1 cherry

Shake all ingredients except 151 with ice. Pour unstrained into a tall glass. Float 151 on top. Garnish with mint and cherry. Limit 2 per person.
