2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
4 oz whole milk
2 oz heavy cream
1.5 oz bourbon or dark rum
1/4 oz brandy
freshly grated nutmeg

1.5 oz bourbon or dark rum
1/4 oz brandy
freshly grated nutmeg
Separate eggs. Beat yolks with sugar until pale. Add milk, cream and spirits and stir well. Beat egg whites to soft peaks and fold in. Chill and serve cold. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
