1.5 oz rye whiskey
3/4 oz apple brandy
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
1/4 oz pure maple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 apple fan

Combine all in mixing glass with ice. Stir 30 seconds. Strain over a large cube. Garnish with thin apple fan.
