A Malaysian variation of the Singapore Sling using palm sugar syrup and tropical fruit juice.
1.5 oz gin
1/2 oz Cherry Heering
1/4 oz Benedictine
1/4 oz triple sec
4 oz mixed tropical juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz palm sugar or simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
tropical fruit garnish

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a tall glass over ice. Garnish with pineapple and mango.
