3 oz tonic water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine
1 orange or grapefruit slice

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Pour in Seedlip. Top with tonic or non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Stir gently. Garnish with citrus and herbs.
