3 oz brandy
2 oz cinnamon syrup
1 orange, sliced
1 apple, diced
1 pear, diced
Cinnamon sticks, star anise
soda water (optional)

Combine wine, brandy, cinnamon syrup, fruit, and whole spices in a pitcher. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve over ice, topping with a splash of soda if desired.
