3 oz fresh pineapple juice
0.75 oz lime juice
0.5 oz agave nectar
2 slices jalapeño (seeds removed if less heat)
soda water

Muddle jalapeño in a shaker, add pineapple juice, lime, agave, and ice. Shake, fine strain into an ice-filled highball, top with soda water.
