1/8 oz bitters

1 oz water
1/8 oz bitters
1 tsp sugar
Soak one teaspoon or a cube of sugar with bitters in the bottom of a highball glass. Add a few ice cubes, and pour in the whiskey and water. Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.
