Fresh-blended watermelon with mint and lime — summer in a glass. Hydrating, light, and naturally sweet.
🧪 Ingredients
2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and seeded
1 oz fresh lime juice
6 mint leaves
1 tsp sugar (optional)
Sparkling water to top
Watermelon slice and mint to garnish

🥄 Method
1. Blend watermelon, lime juice, mint, and sugar until smooth.
2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
3. Pour over ice.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with watermelon slice and mint sprig.
