2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz honey
4 oz warm water
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Lemon and ginger to garnish

1. Grate fresh ginger and press through a cloth to extract juice.
2. Combine ginger juice, lemon juice, and honey in a glass.
3. Add warm (not boiling) water and stir.
4. Add a pinch of cayenne for extra kick.
