Fiery fresh ginger, bright lemon, and a touch of honey. A powerful, invigorating cleanse shot elevated into a full drink.

🧪 Ingredients

1 oz freshly grated ginger juice
2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz honey
4 oz warm water
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Lemon and ginger to garnish

🥄 Method

1. Grate fresh ginger and press through a cloth to extract juice.
2. Combine ginger juice, lemon juice, and honey in a glass.
3. Add warm (not boiling) water and stir.
4. Add a pinch of cayenne for extra kick.
5. Serve warm or allow to cool and serve over ice.

Serve warm in winter, cold in summer. Excellent for colds and mornings.
