Anti-inflammatory turmeric with ginger, cinnamon, and honey. Trendy, healthy, and surprisingly delicious.

🧪 Ingredients

0.5 tsp ground turmeric
0.25 tsp ginger powder or 0.5 tsp fresh grated ginger juice
0.25 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
8 oz warm almond milk or coconut milk
Black pepper pinch (activates curcumin)
Cinnamon stick to garnish

🥄 Method

1. Heat almond milk until warm.
2. Whisk in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, honey, and black pepper.
3. Pour into a mug.
4. Froth the top with a milk frother.
5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a pinch of turmeric.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Serve warm in a mug. Can also be served cold over ice as a golden latte.
