Magic colour-changing lemonade — brilliant blue from butterfly pea tea that turns purple/pink when you add citrus.
🧪 Ingredients
2 butterfly pea tea bags
6 oz boiling water
2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
Sparkling water to top
Lemon slice and edible flowers to garnish

1. Steep butterfly pea tea in boiling water for 5 minutes — it will be vivid blue.
2. Cool completely.
3. Pour blue tea over ice in a clear glass.
4. Mix lemon juice and simple syrup separately.
5. Pour the lemon mixture in — watch the magic colour change happen.
