🧪 Ingredients
16 oz red grape juice
1 oz orange juice
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
2 star anise
1 orange, studded with cloves
2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
0.5 tsp vanilla
0.25 tsp nutmeg

🥄 Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Heat over medium — do not boil.
3. Simmer very gently for 20 minutes.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness.
5. Strain and serve in heat-proof mugs.
