Indian spiced lemonade with black salt, cumin, and fresh mint. Absolutely addictive.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
0.25 tsp roasted cumin powder
0.25 tsp black salt (kala namak)
0.125 tsp chaat masala
4 oz cold water
Mint and lemon to garnish

🥄 Method
1. Combine lemon juice, simple syrup, cumin, black salt, and chaat masala.
2. Stir well.
3. Add cold water and ice.
4. Garnish with mint and lemon.

🍽 Serve & Garnish
Serve in a tall glass. Black salt (kala namak) gives it a unique sulphurous, eggy flavour that is surprisingly addictive.
