8 oz warm water
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
0.25 tsp fresh ginger, grated
0.125 tsp turmeric
Pinch of cayenne
1 tsp honey

🥄 Method

1. Warm water to a comfortable drinking temperature (not boiling).
2. Add all ingredients and stir well.
3. Drink immediately in the morning before eating.
