The classic Wimbledon drink. Barley water with lemon is one of the most refreshing and traditional mocktails.
🧪 Ingredients
0.5 cup pearl barley
4 cups water
1 lemon (zest and juice)
2 tbsp honey or sugar
Lemon slices and mint to garnish

🥄 Method
1. Rinse barley and simmer in 4 cups water for 30 minutes.
2. While still warm, add lemon zest and honey.
3. Cool, then strain.
4. Add lemon juice.
5. Refrigerate and serve over ice.
