0.5 cup dried hibiscus flowers
4 cups boiling water
0.5 cup sugar
2 oz lime juice
2 oz ginger juice
2 cups sparkling water
Lime wheels and hibiscus flowers to garnish

1. Steep hibiscus in boiling water for 15 minutes.
2. Strain, add sugar and stir to dissolve.
3. Add lime juice and ginger juice. Cool.
4. Refrigerate.
5. Add sparkling water just before serving over ice.
