1 oz cream cheese, softened
2 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz heavy cream
3 oz sparkling water
Graham cracker crumbs and lemon for rim

1. Rim glass with honey and dip in graham cracker crumbs.
2. Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, syrup, and cream until smooth.
3. Pour over ice.
4. Top gently with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with lemon zest.
