A creamy, smooth Indian-inspired yogurt drink blended with ripe mango and a hint of cardamom. Rich, cooling and naturally sweet.
🧪 Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tbsp honey or sugar
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
pinch of salt
ice cubes

🥄 Method
Combine mango, yogurt, milk, sweetener, cardamom and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until perfectly smooth. Add ice and blend again briefly. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
