Fresh mint-infused lemonade, inspired by Middle Eastern mint lemonade. Intensely refreshing, bright and cooling.

🧪 Ingredients

1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
10 fresh mint leaves
4 oz cold water
ice cubes
mint sprig (garnish)

🥄 Method

Blend mint leaves, lemon juice, simple syrup and a splash of cold water until mint is completely pureed. Strain well through a fine mesh strainer. Pour over ice, top with remaining water, stir and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
