🧪 Ingredients

2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
3/4 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
4 oz sparkling water
rosemary sprig (garnish)
grapefruit wedge (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Combine grapefruit juice, honey syrup and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit wedge.
