Stunning hot-pink dragon fruit blended with fresh lemonade for a visually dramatic and refreshing mocktail.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz dragon fruit puree (pink variety)
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
3 oz sparkling water
lemon slice (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method
Blend fresh dragon fruit until smooth and strain if desired. Combine dragon fruit puree, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon slice.
