Fresh pineapple juice with muddled mint and a squeeze of lime. Tropical, cooling and intensely refreshing.

🧪 Ingredients

3 oz fresh pineapple juice
8 fresh mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 oz sparkling water
pineapple wedge (garnish)
mint sprig (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Muddle mint leaves in a shaker. Add pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
