Italy's most iconic aperitivo cocktail. Bittersweet Aperol, crisp Prosecco and a splash of soda over a big ice cube. Simply brilliant.
🧪 Ingredients
3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Aperol
1 splash soda water
half orange slice (garnish)
ice
2 oz Aperol
1 splash soda water
half orange slice (garnish)
ice
🥄 Method
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Pour in the Aperol, then top with Prosecco. Add a small splash of soda water. Garnish with a half-slice of orange and serve immediately.
