1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz passion fruit puree
1/2 oz passion fruit liqueur (Passoa)
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 halved passion fruit (garnish)
1 shot Prosecco (served alongside)
ice

Combine vanilla vodka, passion fruit puree, liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Double-strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a halved passion fruit. Serve with a shot glass of chilled Prosecco on the side.
