Bermuda's national cocktail: Gosling's Black Seal rum over ginger beer with a squeeze of lime. Dark, stormy and deeply satisfying.

🧪 Ingredients

2 oz Goslings Black Seal dark rum
4 oz ginger beer
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
lime wedge (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add lime juice. Pour in the ginger beer. Float the dark rum over the top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon. Garnish with a lime wedge. Do not stir - enjoy the dramatic dark top layer.
