One of the original borough cocktails alongside the Manhattan and Bronx. Rye, dry vermouth, Maraschino and Amer Picon.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz rye whiskey
3/4 oz dry vermouth
1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
1/4 oz Amer Picon (or Torani Amer)
lemon twist (garnish)
ice
3/4 oz dry vermouth

🥄 Method
Combine rye, dry vermouth, maraschino and Amer Picon in a mixing glass with ice. Stir well until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
