Michael McIlroy's Brooklyn cocktail riff using yellow Chartreuse and mole bitters alongside rye and sweet vermouth.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz rye whiskey
1/2 oz yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash mole bitters
lemon twist (garnish)
ice
1/2 oz yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash mole bitters
lemon twist (garnish)
ice
🥄 Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until very well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist expressed over the surface.
