A beautifully balanced stirred cocktail with gin, Dubonnet (a French aromatized wine), maraschino and orange bitters.

🧪 Ingredients

1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz Dubonnet Rouge
1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
1 dash orange bitters
orange twist (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Combine gin, Dubonnet, maraschino liqueur and orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until very well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
