Named after the Scottish poet Robert Burns. Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth and Benedictine stirred to perfection. Scotland in a glass.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz Scotch whisky
1 oz sweet vermouth
1/4 oz Benedictine D.O.M.
lemon twist (garnish)
ice
1 oz sweet vermouth
1/4 oz Benedictine D.O.M.
lemon twist (garnish)
ice
🥄 Method
Combine Scotch, sweet vermouth and Benedictine in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until very well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, squeezing to express the oils over the drink.
