Bright, tropical pineapple juice meets classic Margarita for a fruity twist on the Mexican classic. Sweet, tart and utterly refreshing.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz blanco tequila
1 1/2 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz simple syrup
salt rim (optional)
pineapple wedge (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method
Rim a rocks glass with salt if desired. Combine tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, Cointreau and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well until cold. Fill glass with ice and strain the cocktail in. Garnish with a small pineapple wedge.
