🧪 Ingredients

2 oz gin
5 cucumber slices
3/4 oz elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
4 oz soda water
cucumber ribbon (garnish)
lemon slice (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker. Add gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice with ice. Shake well. Double-strain into a collins glass over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a lemon slice.
