🧪 Ingredients

3 oz fresh pineapple juice
3/4 oz fresh ginger juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 oz sparkling water
pineapple wedge (garnish)
candied ginger (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Combine pineapple juice, ginger juice, lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and piece of candied ginger.
