5 fresh strawberries
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water
strawberry slice (garnish)
lemon slice (garnish)

🥄 Method

Blend strawberries until smooth and strain if a clear liquid is desired. Combine strawberry puree, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass over ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a strawberry and lemon slice.
