🧪 Ingredients

2 oz gin
5 cucumber slices
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
cucumber ribbon (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Muddle cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, lime juice and simple syrup with ice. Shake vigorously. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a thin cucumber ribbon around the rim.
